Telford and Wrekin Council leader Kuldip Sahota commented:

“It’s great to see businesses in the borough continuing to thrive and grow and earn the rewards they deserve for their hard work.”

“It clearly shows how there are great opportunities here for entrepreneurs and that Telford continues to be an excellent place to do business. The Council, through our co-operative approach, will be working very hard to ensure that the business community has the right support to move the borough further forward.”

Prestige Print Managing Director Dhiren Dhulashia said:“We started trading in 1987 by specialising in computer stationery and, following the arrival of
many global companies to the area in the 1990’s, the firm has grown progressively to provide a much wider range of products and services.”

“Today, after 25 years, the company has survived three recessions of which the current has been the most difficult as we lost a third of our turnover in a very short time. However, after hard work and many sacrifices by everyone, we are beginning to show some good results and have recently invested over £120,000 in new equipment and created two new jobs to meet increased demand.”

“We are proud to offer a full in-house design team who support our commercial printing section, catering for long and short print runs, using digital and lithographic print, together with separate labeling and packaging services.”

The mayor of Telford and Wrekin, Councillor Malcolm Smith, added:

“I am very impressed with what I have seen here today, the company is very forward thinking having invested heavily in new equipment, and I wish them every success for the future.”

Delia Mullinder – retired from Makita Europe:

“Thank you so much for taking time to visit this afternoon and for the lovely flowers. It has been a pleasure to work with you and all at Prestige over the years. I wish you every happiness and continued success for the future. I will be adding the photo to my retirement album – one of the many happy memories.”
